A BLEND OF AN “I COOK YOU EAT” EXPERIENCE + UPLIFTING CONVERSATION TO TASTE
EFFORTLESS MORNING MEALS AND SNACK IDEAS FOR THE MINDFUL EATER
Dear “I want to eat more healthy” friend:
You are not alone!
Not all of us have the time and money to eat healthy.
Fancy restaurants are for special occasions and it’s tiring to spend evening hours prepping work week food.
Even if we had the time and the money we lack the motivation to eat healthy consistently.
It’s challenging to part from comfort food.
We end up choosing the easiest available and most affordable food around. Most likely unhealthy.
With a little of creativity and mindfulness, healthy foods can be affordable and easy to make.
• Make it real yummy: So you look forward to it every time.
• Learn to stay motivated: So you stay consistent the days you are more tired than motivated.
• Start accruing new healthy food ideas and build your own recipe repertoire: So that you can lean on it and improvise when you lack time.
If learning about those 3 key elements makes you excited and happy then this workshop is for you.
Let’s make healthy and meaningful connections in a beautiful gathering while I cook for you!
In this gathering the space is safe for us to watch, ask questions, laugh, take notes, taste and share delicious food!
What is it?
It’s a gathering where I will be demoing healthy food ideas, tricks and recipes.
You, together with 14 more people (8 max. at Monrovia Location) will be able to watch, learn and sample all the food.
What do you mean by Healthy Food?
